One-One personal training sessions are to be booked in advance.

Each person is taught specifically to their individual ability. Don't worry whether you are an absolute beginner or a professional athlete, we aim to improve on what you already have.

 

 

To ensure you don't feel self conscious the gym can be closed to the general public during your session.

P.A.T.s welcome any age, size and ability. We also cater for the more senior members who come regularly and always leave feeling revitalized.
